Doctor and front desk were rude, the doctor didnt even look at me
I had a phone appointment with my doctor to get some prescription pain meds. I have had a back injury and nerve damage for a couple years now, I had a prescription that I had to FIGHT for and I made it last and only used as needed. Well recently re injured my back and used the remaining pills to help deal with pain. Any communication with clinic by phone is effectively nil. Very inconvenient and an impediment to getting medical care from my doctor. I suggest using: 1) comment section of dialog box on appointment app, 2) comment box on website (no reply once), 3) personal visit during office hours, or maybe, 4) FAX?
