Appalling! The message you get before the message that no one can take your call is that they are very busy and are currently booking 3 to 4 weeks out to see your family doctor. Is this what our system has come to. No wonder our emergency rooms are backed up. Who among us knows that they will be sick or injured 4 weeks from now. Trying to get an appointment for my child ( who is actually a child) still no response. I guess you need to arrive in an ambulance to see a doctor these days. Oh wait! They’re really busy too!
I've been going to this clinic for 20 years. My doctor is great but the front desk has gone from professional to horrible. They dont answer the phone because I've sat there many times and no phones ring. If you manage to get through one of them and I know which one is very rude. The doctors must not read the reviews or being doctors and not managers are not able to deal with this. I've managed people for years and will do it for free and will double your rating within one year.
Until recently I was a patient at this clinic for 25 years. Some of the front staff have been awful lately. After today's experience on the phone with one staff member it confirmed why I left. Unjustified abrasive, condescending and snide remarks from her, and then she hung up on me. That is no way to treat anyone... especially a long time patient. I feel sorry for her co-staff members having to work with her.
Google says this was a walk in, I had a bit of dibris in my eye, they were not very nice and told me to go somewhere else, after standing there and listening to them all talking about thier out of work things, I had to grad thier attention, as I had not been there and it was NOT a Walk in. Could have been nicer... I really needed help.
The receptionists don't answer the phone and when you're at the office it's clear why, they are always on long personal-topic calls...
