This clinic not only failed to help me but actively caused me harm due to poor patient care. During an acute health crisis all 3 of my specialists expressed frustration of dealing with my GP at this clinic (one of my specialists encouraged me to report him for malpractice, which I did not want to do when I was unwell, but I will leave this review). One of my specialists (the surgeon) sent him a letter, and the other specialist (the endocrinologist) called his practice to inform them how to “do their job”. As one would expect... read more

I have called multiple time in an hour. hoping to book an appointment with my family doctor..... she moved from Duncan to mill bay clinic and I live in Lake Cowichan. so massive inconvenience. also won't allow me to book an online. tell me to call in but no answer. or voice mail. :(
10am on a Wednesday, and there is no one answering phones, no option to leave a message, a message that informs that prescription renewals require a scheduled visit with provider with at least 2 weeks notice, and no option of how one might do that. The automated computer voice saying "sorry, no one is available. Goodbye." and hanging up is rude by design. If you go on vacation and close the clinic, the outgoing message should reflect that.
