I called at 11:24am and no one answered the phone on lines 1-2 or 3? this happens everytime I call with an enquiry? not to book an appointment just to confirm the date and time of an appointment
Dr. Zsabo is excellent in every sense of the word. Excellent doctor, caring, knowledgable. I have been lucky enough to have had exceptional doctors my entire life, she falls into that category completely. Would give 12/5 stars if I could.
Was discharged from Hospital in Mexico Need to see my GP for referal to neurosurgeon. Have been calling for days. No reaction. Webb bookings are a month away. Tried to get number for the clinic administrator. No joy. I guess need to find a walk in or emergency. Looking for another GP and clinic
Not that this seems to make a difference, or that they even care - 3 years of bad reviews for this exact problem... But their phone systems are GARBAGE. 3 days I've been trying to get through. Just today I've called 57 times and can't get through. My doctor just moved to this office and so far, it's horrible. Have you heard of putting calls on HOLD?! This clinic not only failed to help me but actively caused me harm due to poor patient care. During an acute health crisis all 3 of my specialists expressed frustration of dealing with my GP at this clinic (one of my specialists encouraged me to report him for malpractice, which I did not want to do when I was unwell, but I will leave this review). One of my specialists (the surgeon) sent him a letter, and the other specialist (the endocrinologist) called his practice to inform them how to “do their job”. As one would expect... read more
