This bootcamp is clean, well organized and very efficient! This is more than a gym the coaches are caring and attentive to your needs! They push you to be your best self and doing quick exercises that make you sweat is beneficial! So happy I joined fit body!
Overall great staff/ trainers. Classes are intense, challenging and trainers are checking in on you throughout the workout! I joined 6 the week challenge and being held accountable with my meals, weekly check ins and motivational messages!
Staff is very professional and friendly. The workouts are amazing. I am doing exercises that i didn't think i could handle but the encouragement i received is awesome.
If you are looking for a place to get healthy and fit! Fit Body is for you! It’s a safe space to work out with Great coaches! I love it!
