After my last visit im not impressed anymore after being given the wrong medical advice there's only 3 doctor's i would see here but think the main doctor/partner has retired
I'm guessing that this surgery offers just the same service as all surgeries these days. 😟 My husband's health has been declining for a few months, but typical man, he was 'ok'. Eventually I rang the surgery myself, asked for an appointment and was told that he would need a triage appointment primarily. The nurse rang my husband's phone, but he didn't hear it. I got him to call the surgery back immediately and explain about the situation; he was told told to ring again tomorrow. We do not get in touch with the doctor unless... read more

The appointment system is quite frustrating. You have to call in the morning to get a same-day appointment, but by 8am there’s already a queue of ten people, which makes it very difficult to get through. The waiting times have gone downhill. At my previous visit, I waited for an hour, only to have a brief five-minute consultation with the doctor. Also, although it may seem minor, there has been a cobweb in the same top left corner of the waiting room for over a year. I always notice it when I come in, and it raises questions... read more
The stars are purely for alk nurses, a couple of doctor and couple of reception staff. It is nigh on impossible to get an appointment, that's when the telephone is finally answered, and then your waitin2-4 weeks! Most of the receptionists answer with a cold miserable attitude, speak very derogatory to you, then think it is there place to question you as if your wasting everybody's time.
