I am a regular of this spot and usually love all the drinks. I’ve had pretty much all of the matchas on the menu and even the fun seasonal ones. However my past few trips here is making it harder to be a regular anymore. I got the strawberry matcha (my favorite) and it lacked a lot of the strawberry syrup. I had the Matcha Ube drink, and it was delicious! The flavors were well balanced, and I really enjoyed it. The employees were all friendly, helpful, and polite. A special shout-out to Kenneth, who happily customized my drink just the way I requested—less sweet and with more ube. He was very accommodating, and the drink turned out perfect. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. I’ll definitely be coming back! And bring some friends!
