Rachel, was amazing. There was not a long wait to see her. It was easy to schedule an appt which was fully covered by my insurance but most importantly she was very knowledgeable and kind. I felt confident in the information she provided me. In addition to helping me nurse she also clearly addressed a lot of question I had about pumping. I recommend her without hesitation.

Really loved my experience with Milk Matters and Rachel. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Also, very kind - so important in those fragile early postpartum days! Her advice and adjustments totally changed my breastfeeding experience for the better.

First time mommy! Coming from a family of formula fed babies, I had a serious goal to be able to breastfeed my son. Not sure if that would’ve been possible without the help of Rachel! She patiently sat down with me for weeks to help me learn proper positions that are comfortable for me along with techniques for latching! Such a big sweetie, very grateful for her.
