Terrible service. Dropped my car off in November for a paint job. The owner said it would get done in 2 weeks. 2 months and many false promises later, I had to pick up my car just as I had dropped it off. I gave them multiple chances but they really didn't care at all. Waste of time. Wouldn't recommend getting work done here. Wish I could've shared a better experience.
I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a car mechanic at this shop. What was supposed to be a simple repair turned into a never-ending nightmare. My car sat there for an unreasonable amount of time with little to no progress, and every time I asked for an update, I got a different story. It was lie after lie, excuse after excuse. I had the pleasure of working with Milkman’s Custom over the weekend after a minor fender bender led me to their shop. The team was incredibly professional, efficient, and transparent, with pricing that was more than fair. Mario, the owner, and his team—especially Sergio—demonstrated excellent knowledge and skill in their work. I truly appreciate their flexibility and outstanding service. Hopefully, I won’t need their help under similar circumstances again, but I’ll definitely be referring friends and family their way.
