I just paid $11 for a milkshake of which I took two sips and then had to throw away! I ordered a chocolate shake. When I sipped it, I got chewy bits in my mouth. With the second sip, I investigated to see what the bits were—unidentifiable, but definitely didn’t belong in my shake—almost looked like chewed up cereal. Absolutely disgusting and not Ok! I’m going to reverse the charge on my credit card for this and hope nothing happens to me from whatever the hell I ingested.

At 10:20pm they slammed the door in my brother’s and I face and said they were closed but let multiple other people in. Idk if it’s cause we’re Hispanic or what but they let us in and i immediately walked out back out
