The ice cream was a tad freezer burnt, but the staff were extremely friendly and kind. I was lost in the city, and I got some ice cream as a pick-me-up. I do wish they had more traditional flavours there (cookie dough, Neapolitan, mint chocolate chip), but I still had a fair experience

Last night I was at New Haven milk craft and their was a worker she had long hair swearing and yell and being very disrespectful to a her boss with blonde highlights these were workers behind the counter and she was high I never been so uncomfortable . The man was very friendly and respectful and kept apologizing to me

When I came here the first time 2 years ago their service was much better. It's slowly going downhill. 30 mins before closing they ran out of bubble cones. They had multiple flavors out although they were on the menu. I got two scoops and a topping of frosted flakes in a cup. For $1.50, they gave me 3 frosted flakes. That's the best way to lose customers. They are stingy. I don't think they would lose money by adding a full topping. Probably never going back.
