Starting with food. They don’t offer modifications?!! What a joke! I spend thousands of dollars here & I’m treated like a peasant. They make me feel like I’m LUCKY to get anything. No, YOU’RE LUCKY people are eating here! Food is never consistent, too burnt or too much sauce. The drink machine never works or the ice is an issue. They’re always out of something! Completely ridiculous! I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with NO bacon, NO cheese and NO mayo and asked if I could get a slice of tomato added. “No. It’s company policy we don’t make accommodations. And there’s no button for that.” So I can hold the cheese & bacon, both I’m sure are extra $$ if added, but I can’t get a simple slice of tomato on a grilled chicken sandwich?! Victoria is a shining gem at Milkbread. I asked her for a drink recommendation and she made me her own special concoction that I have lovingly named The Victoria!! 🩷 Think if a cinnamon bun was a drink. Beyond amazing! I immediately became a regular because her and The Victoria. It's service like this that makes a town a community, and a community feel like home. One Server, one drink, and a feeling of friendship and kindness. Kudos to Victoria and to Milkbread!
