My lactation consult with Heidi was absolutely wonderful. Her willingness to listen to ALL the things feeding and baby related and apply her extensive knowledge to my situation led to a great feeding experience by the end of our session. She is personable, empathetic, and clearly passionate about all things baby. I couldn’t recommend her services enough and am already excited for my future pump fitting appointment!

Heidi probably saved my breastfeeding journey. Breastfeeding feels so mysterious to some of us.... is there enough milk there? Is this amount of pain in the first week a bad latch or going to go away once my nipples toughen up? The stress of the mystery is really difficult for me. Heidi is an absolute lifesaver. After struggling with mastitis in both breasts postpartum, I was feeling completely defeated and lost. My midwife referred me to Heidi, and she got me in within a couple days. In the mean time called me and walked me through things to get me comfortable until our appointment. I can’t say enough great things about Heidi! She was so kind to all of my other kids and even brought them toys to play with and held or played with them while I fed and or pumped! She also gave me the tools to be able to get my daughter to take a bottle so that we did not have to go back on her NG tube! It was a miracle!

Heidi completely changed our breastfeeding journey, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. I went into our appointment overwhelmed, stressed, and honestly close to throwing in the towel.
