I’m so grateful I was referred to Heidi! She was absolutely wonderful—so sweet, understanding, and incredibly helpful. Heidi came to my house on such short notice when I was only 3 days postpartum. I cannot recommend Heidi enough!! She was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable from the moment we met, it genuinely felt like I already knew her. She is incredibly personable, kind, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to. She helped us work through a painful latch and made such a difference with breastfeeding. It’s very obvious when someone loves their job. Heidi not only loves what she does but is so very talented. My baby never breastfed- EVER. Out of desperation, I contacted Heidi but went into it thinking there was no way that at 6 weeks old she was going to get my baby to breastfeed. Spoiler alert: she did. It’s made such a huge difference for me, my husband, and my baby. We also worked on pumping. Heidi figured out my flanges were 7 mm too large even though I ordered a home sizing kit. My lactation consult with Heidi was absolutely wonderful. Her willingness to listen to ALL the things feeding and baby related and apply her extensive knowledge to my situation led to a great feeding experience by the end of our session. She is personable, empathetic, and clearly passionate about all things baby. I couldn’t recommend her services enough and am already excited for my future pump fitting appointment!
