I give much of the credit for a successful breastfeeding journey to Emily. When my daughter was born, she had a lot of trouble latching. I had so much trouble getting my newborn to latch in the first month that I had begun to dread every feed. That’s when we found Emily. After one appointment, we had tremendous improvement!! She helped us with positioning and referred us to a local pediatric dentist to address a posterior tongue tie. She was so positive and encouraging of our breastfeeding goals. Emily is an extremely professional and intelligent IBCLC. She answers every question I have, calms my nerves when I have concerns, and gently guides me into having more confidence in my breastfeeding journey. I seriously could not have made it this far in breastfeeding without her! She knows what she is talking about and is always ready to help. I am now almost to a year breastfeeding and I can’t begin to thank her enough.
