Kristin was highly recommended to us and now I highly recommend her to all nursing moms. She is very knowledgeable and so kind. I had the absolute best experience with Milk Guides! I had a base knowledge of breastfeeding, but the added support and knowledge from Kristin really helped me problem solve through difficulties I was having with milk supply. Without her support, I would have given up breastfeeding very quickly. I would 100% recommend their services and look forward to using them again when we have another child in the future.
Milk Guide and their lactation consultants are nothing short of AMAZING! Meeting with them prior to birth helped give me some foundational knowledge, but their presence and expertise was key to my perseverance through the challenges of breastfeeding.
