I cannot recommend Tikara highly enough! Whether you’re pregnant and just starting to think about breastfeeding or you’re already on your breastfeeding journey and running into challenges, do yourself a favor and reach out to Tikara! Within minutes Tikara transformed my breastfeeding journey! She's so knowledgeable and accommodating. Highly recommend, even if you're doing fine - she'll level up your experience for sure!
Tikara helped me and my baby work through a lip tie, reliance on a nipple shield, and a painful latch. Having Tikara come to our home was so helpful with a newborn. Tikara is compassionate, knowledgeable, warm, and so respectful of the individual post-partem experience. Once we worked through our initial struggles, I met with Tikara later to check in about pumping and other general questions. I cannot recommend Tikara enough-if you are debating whether a LC can help helpful-BOOK A SESSION with Tikara!

I didn’t know how much of a challenge breastfeeding could be until a traumatic birth and NICU stay left my baby and I out of touch with one another for a period of time after he arrived.
