Best mma gym hands down everyone needs to come and join the fun with coach tom he has all the experience you will need
Malitia is hands down the best gym for any lady (or man) looking for something new. I know there are a lot of experienced BJJ and fighters at the gym as well, but my experience as a new person has been so full of hospitality and encouragement. Tom and Stef (and the totality of the staff and coaches) really make you feel individually seen and taught. I'm super thankful when work allows me to hit the MWF classes.
