Militia is amazinggg! I’ve been fighting shoulder pain on and off for about a year, but Coach Santi has gone above and beyond to make sure I have the modifications I need to do any press pain free (really any movement, but getting pressing back for me was huge)! He explains the why behind every exercise and brings the energy to every class. Militia is an amazing community you don’t want to miss out on to meet your fitness goals 💃
Loved this gym! I was hesitant about small group classes at first, but ended up absolutely loving it. Since moving away, I haven’t found anything that comes close — I’d move back just for this place and visit anytime I’m in town.
Perfect mix of injury prevention and really challenging, efficient, and varied classes. I LOVE the programming and the ability to choose what I want to reach my goals, and the coaching is far and away better than any other gym I’ve been to. I don’t know what I’ll do if we ever have to move away from Pensacola because I’ve never had another gym like this one!
Best gym in the Pensacola area by far!! Great sense of community & the coach, Santiago, creates and alters workouts based off your needs & goals! Highly recommend to anybody and everybody of all ages!
