The community at Militia Fitness locations is unlike any other gym. The owners and coaches are ready to help you with movement, mobility, nutrition. Class times range through the whole day, starting at 530am and the latest class at 6 (HQ). Ive been a member 5 years.
If you're looking for a great community with like minded people, Militia is the #1 place to go. I've been around fitness & have lived an active lifestyle for a lot of my life & have been to a few gyms over the time. What I will say is when I 1st stepped foot into Militia I just felt something very different. I felt like myself & my goals truly mattered.
