I’ve had memberships at a lot of gyms over the years, both locally and elsewhere, and I was always the person who signed up with good intentions but only showed up a few times. Militia Fitness in Destin is the first gym where I've truly felt comfortable. The coaches take real time to teach proper technique, focus on your personal goals, and treat everyone like family. Welcoming vibe, no judgment—just great training and support. Love this place!
