I am an out of town college athlete and I stumbled upon Militia Fitness a few years ago during offseason training. Alex and Kris have become family and I would highly recommend this gym to any athlete at any age. There is a reason behind every movement and exercise they coach. Get in there today!

I had a great experience at Militia Fitness! From day one, Alex and the entire team made me feel welcome and genuinely cared about helping me improve. They introduced me to a lot of exercises I’d never done before, explained how they work, and took the time to correct my technique so I was doing everything effectively. This is one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The owner is an outstanding trainer who takes the time to understand each person’s goals and helps them achieve real results. The facility is welcoming, and the support and encouragement make every workout enjoyable. Highly recommended!

While living in Destin, I found Militia and loved it! The workouts were great. They were fun, inspiring, and challenging. Additionally, the encouragement and support not only from the owners, Alex and Kristen, but from other militia members too, created a sense of community and camaraderie. I definitely recommend Militia Fitness!
