Great place to get fit! I’ve been a member for about 4 years now. It’s more like a community of individuals who live the fit life! Alex and his wife Kristen know there stuff! It’s far more than a gym. Sessions are different each day and give an awesome lift to anyone in attendance. Definitely a fantastic way to start each day! Highly recommended!!
