I left Destin seven years ago and still tell people about Militia Fitness. The programming is the most well-rounded I’ve come across in a gym and the community atmosphere is the best I’ve worked out in, hands down. Thank you, Alex and Kristen!
I had a great experience at Militia Fitness! From day one, Alex and the entire team made me feel welcome and genuinely cared about helping me improve. This is one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The owner is an outstanding trainer who takes the time to understand each person’s goals and helps them achieve real results. The facility is welcoming, and the support and encouragement make every workout enjoyable. Highly recommended!
While living in Destin, I found Militia and loved it! The workouts were great. They were fun, inspiring, and challenging. Additionally, the encouragement and support not only from the owners, Alex and Kristen, but from other militia members too, created a sense of community and camaraderie. I definitely recommend Militia Fitness!
