We can not say enough wonderful things about our gym. And yes, we call it “our gym” because they are family. Our entire family comes to the gym and spends quality time together. The attention from the coaches our children get is not like any other gym! The love coming every day, gaining confidence, and this momma loves her body that’s built by Militia!! We all feel so strong and confident!!
I joined Militia in Feb of 2025 after doing 12+ years of CrossFit and absolutely love it. It’s the perfect balance between what I was used to while trying something different and having options to flex between the different programming structures. Great place to get fit! I’ve been a member for about 4 years now. It’s more like a community of individuals who live the fit life! Alex and his wife Kristen know there stuff! It’s far more than a gym. Sessions are different each day and give an awesome lift to anyone in attendance. Definitely a fantastic way to start each day! Highly recommended!!
