They all took me in with warm welcoming arms and coached me on proper technique. If you're looking for a place that feels more like having a personal trainer in a structured planned class setting, give it a shot!!
Hands down an amazing experience! Super encouraging environment, helpful coaches, everyone is so kind and make you feel welcome! Literally these people become family, once they know your name they don’t forget it! They help hold each other accountable and so many other things, they motivate you and show you that you really are so much more capable than you even realize! This place is Gold!!!
