I’ve lived here for 4 years and in two different units—both were roach infested, especially Unit #6202. No matter how clean we kept our home, pests were a constant issue that never truly got resolved. Package theft is also a regular problem. Kids roam the complex stealing deliveries, and even with video proof, management—specifically Erica, the manager—shrugs it off like it’s not her problem. Parking is a joke. The only reason this complex has a 4 star rating now is because they had an event about a month ago where residents could win prizes if given a 5 star rating. Prior to that event, the rating was a 2 star. You will see most of all the 5 star reviews were from the same time. They’ve had the $299 move in special for over a year because like I said their rating was very low. Erika practically begged for a referral they weren’t getting any new business.
