The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Both doctors here are quite old. Dr. Naik was rude and didn’t want to listen to me at all. She decided to call the department of health enquiry hotline in the middle of the consultation without even asking or telling me the reason. And later she knew that as I haven’t had my Medicare yet, she couldn’t actually use the hotline. She hung up before the guy in the phone even finished what he was saying. Dr Chandu is useless, dismissive and unprofessional. Don't bother coming here.
Doesn’t allow you to book online, so I called to book an appointment but no one ever picks up the phone. I kept trying again at different hours and different days, yet no one picks up the phone. This clinic is a joke
I had my first vaccination today. Nurses, Doctors and Staff and all very kind, patient and caring and ensured I was 100% ok to drive home before I left the clinic and thoroughly checked my blood pressure and heart rate. I have been going here all my life and highly recommend them.
