They could care less on the phone when I talked to them. Truly awful service. When talking to the girl on the phone she was disrespectful and not friendly at all. At this point I just want my money back but she even refused that because its in the contract. *negative 20x100* These people will never leave you alone. They don't understand basic common courtesy, basic common sense, simple gestures indicating NO! Or even a VERBAL NOOO from a female..
