I brought my uniform in for alterations and the service was great from start to finish. The staff understood military standards without me having to over‑explain anything, and the work was done right the first time. Stitching was clean, measurements were accurate, and the turnaround time was faster than expected. Prices were fair for the quality of work.

Horrible sewing job, put holes in a brand OCP Top. AVOID SEWING AT THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Edit: You guys did indeed move the ONE patch to cover the holes....now its off center with the other patch on the other side. I would have you guys fix it but you would probably put another hole in it.

so awesome!! i went here and i got a pair of jeans fixed and they did great. i had visited two other shops that said the repair wasnt possible, but military outlet did it ^_^ only complaint is that they kinda lowball you when you sell them stuff. and the amount they give you is pretty inconsistent. ive sold mres to them for alot, and sometimes very little.

My experience with the two new cashiers and Donna was horrible. They could really improve on customer service and people skills.
