so awesome!! i went here and i got a pair of jeans fixed and they did great. i had visited two other shops that said the repair wasnt possible, but military outlet did it ^_^ only complaint is that they kinda lowball you when you sell them stuff. and the amount they give you is pretty inconsistent. ive sold mres to them for alot, and sometimes very little.
I really appreciate this store for a few different reasons. The military clothing on post is short on supplies sometimes and this place seems like that is never the case. For example, I had to get last minute service stripes sewn on and Fort Riley was sold out of a few different awards for the ASUs. When I say this place had an abundance of that award and did the sew job over night… They came in clutch and I’ve used them a couple times since. Hi, I have been using you guys for the past 2years only to be highly disappointed in your craftsmanship today. I spend $55 on a top, then brought it to you guys to have sewing done that cost me another $20… not only did you forget to sew the rank on my top, in a way is slightly my fault because I didn’t realize you didn’t charge me for the rank when I left the store or I would have said something. GREAT Place. If you are in a rush for material, this is the place, however keep in mind it is overpriced for the same items you can acquire online. They place the word "FIRM" on alot of their price tags so it already shows me the character of the place
Went here on Friday and the service was horrible. The girl at the counter was extremely rude and impatient with me and everyone I seen her interact with. For someone to be working with soldiers I find it extremely disrespectful to have her represent your business with such a short temper and attitude.She is a example of what you should NOT hire.
