My daughter came here and they NEVER asked for her insurance card and sent the claims to the WRONG insurance. They called ONE time "as a courtesy" to get the correct information and didn't send her a bill or anything because of a DATA BREACH??????? HOW is that my daughters fault???? Then when my daughter finds out they have the wrong insurance information, she gives them the correct insurance information (which if they took a copy of the insurance card they would have had the correct claims address) they send to the correct ... read more
First appointment, waiting over 30mins, plus a 30min drive when I original asked for the Murray office but they sent me to Kaysville plus there’s a $100 appointment cancellation fee! Wha about my time $$$ I just wasted!
