My sister had a dozen appointments with her in the period of nine months. Never ordered a chest x-ray. Missed the lung cancer. The acid reflux treatment was not touching the pain, but she stuck with her diagnosis. Someone else found it stage three lung cancer. Difficult to treat. I feel like Milissa with extra i Must’ve had her family members write the good reviews. Bad all the way! I am brokenhearted about my sister’s prognosis.

Dr. Cooper takes time with me every visit. She is an excellent and knowledgeable communicator. She develops a plan of going forward with you during the visit. Her review of lab results in detail with a layman is very helpful to the patient. A Doctor that can be trusted and recommended without reservation.

Truly the worst. It's so unfortunate because I love the doctors, but Aveon Health cannot for the life of them get it together. I should not have to wait two weeks for lab results (their promoted timeline) and then still have to chase them for answers. Especially with a lab in-house. They're lab happy but cannot keep up with reporting results to patients. I saw her yesterday so she could explain the results of my blood test in person. I have never had a doctor who cared that much to make time for that.

I have been Dr. Milissa Cooper's patient for many years as my primary care physician. Her knowledge, expertise, and compassion are outstanding. Moreover, when I needed a specialist in dermatology and for surgery on my knee, her recommendations were excellent. I am sad that she has left Steingard - now Optum Care - and would appreciate knowing where she now has her practice to continue having her as my physician.

My wife and I have been using Dr. Millisa Cooper for many years. She is an excellent doctor. She is very detailed and thorough with us. She takes her time and discusses everything and lays out a plan for any medical issues. She is friendly and approachable. She even helps to reduce the cost of medical prescriptions by giving coupons. She is very knowledgeable in her field of medicine. If she can't help you then she will give you a recommendation for a specialist. I definitely would highly recommend her.

dr. Cooper has been my doctor for approximately three years. I have had extreme chronic back pain due to being extremely overweight and a car accident. dr. Cooper instructed me about what I needed to do to change my diet I did it and it worked. I've never lost weight before like I'm losing now and I contributed My Success to her helping me in a very critical time in my life. I am now no longer in chronic pain. My pain level was at 10 before and now it's about A 4 I think God fort Dr. Cooper

I want to know how United health care justifies dropping my doctor only to send me to this place with nothing but manipulative therapists in its employment. I'm a cancer patient / survivor who just got told I cant see my PCP because they want me to go here where even the receptionists were non caring over the phone and said its a 3 week wait. As I sit here with a herniated abdomen in pain. Not even set foot in there yet and I hate it already just because of your front desk staff.
