I was an Olympic Weightlifter turned pregnant into a first time mom and needed membership holds. I was a member of this gym for a few months - it has awesome equipment and I loved the quietness of it. The owner was always very responsive - when I originally messaged him that I was pregnant he responded back in 5 minutes telling me congratulations and no problem to hold membership. The dream gym of any powerlifting athlete it simply has everything you need to have an excellent workout. Equipment, good music, energy drinks, snacks, tons of weights, the perfect atmosphere!
Mili's is a well equipped gym, great enviroment the best gym in winter garden.
This is the best gym ever
My sons and I were down visiting family this past week and came across Mili's Gym. This place is an absolute gem! Well stocked with all you would need to get your workout on - clean all around and all the folks we met there were class acts. I would absolutely recommend anyone to try them out if visiting, or join them if you live locally!
