I would highly recommend Tim Milo’s. He was my peace when I was going through a tough court case with my husband going through his third dui, especially when I was pregnant. Tim walked me through the entire process, and let me know me know what to expect. Although it was hard, I never once I had to doubt what was to happen. I keep getting false promises that things will get handled and they genuinely don't. I have to pull teeth to get a response back. I paid 1k retainer to get my license in good standing because WA keeps saying my license is invalid when it's not. I first went here in August 2025....it's now June 2026 and it's still not resolved. I feel lied to.
Mr. Milios provided excellent guidance and expert support for a matter I was dealing with. While he was unable to handle the matter in my geographical jurisdiction, he spent ample time providing guidance and support, which he did not have to do. If I were located in the appropriate geographical area, Milios Defense would be my go-to. Only a brief meeting, and I was impressed with the level of care, knowledge, and understanding.
If you are lost and need a lawyer that will help and guide you through every step of the confusing process that is our legal system this is your man.
I normally don’t write reviews like this, but I truly feel Tim deserves it. I was dealing with a domestic-related case with a no-contact order, and it was honestly one of the most stressful and uncertain times in my life.
