I’ve rarely ever post but I felt I had to share my experience this past Thursday so the owner is aware. August 13th around 3pm I went into Milios in Verona to place a large order for ten subs or looking for a catering tray. “Michael” with two earrings, dark long hair and a beard was the most rude and unhelpful person I’ve met in a long time. I love Milio's but twice in the past month I got my sandwich at an off time (not a dinner hour)- like 3:30 or 4:00 pm. Was hardly worth eating. The bread was old, crusty and stale. Won't do that again. Otherwise the service has always been exceptional.
I love Milio's. There are none near me, so I sometimes drive the 1.5hrs to get some.
Employees were kind and fun. Food was what it was supposed to be!
