stopped at store on 12/2 at 1045 open sign on .person in store working door is locked sign on store says open at 10 so no sub for me
Online ordered the day after the big "outage". Told my food wasn't going to come so I ordered from elsewhere. I was informed by coworker the food was in fact delivered and sitting out front for the last two hours. Called to ask about this and was told my order and one other order actually came through the system. I was told I would get refunded since I was initially told it wasn't coming and that its been sitting unnoticed.. Refund never came. Disappointed.
At the Monona Dr. location: Great staff! Fresh food! Sandwiches are always exactly what we ordered, even when we order 10. Thanks!
So nostalgic to eat a Milio's sandwich whenever I am back in Madison. I actually miss it.
