I live in a Milo run property and despite several instances where I needed to contact the office for things related to my apartment, I was only able to contact someone 2 times. Each time, they told me to just talk to my superintendent, just passing off the problem. I have NEVER been able to reach anyone at the Milo Management office after 5 pm on a weekday, and NEVER have been able to reach anyone on a weekend. "Extremely Disappointing Experience" I had a very frustrating experience with this management (Sheridan Gardens). While working with a great realtor, I found a nice apartment in a well-maintained building and was excited about the possibility of moving in. Poorly ran, had noise issues with another tenant. Management never confronted the tenant & said they can't do anything about it and when asked to speak to manager they told me the manager would tell me the same thing. No accountability, poorly ran. Left apartment because of this.
