I work in property management, so I know what to expect from a building and management team. Unfortunately, my experience with Milio Management at 45 South Broadway was disappointing. I live in a Milo run property and despite several instances where I needed to contact the office for things related to my apartment, I was only able to contact someone 2 times. Each time, they told me to just talk to my superintendent, just passing off the problem. I have NEVER been able to reach anyone at the Milo Management office after 5 pm on a weekday, and NEVER have been able to reach anyone on a weekend.
