Dr. Desai has been my GI specialist for about 10 yrs. He answers your questions and he does his job well.
Terrible staff and they are masters at NOT clearing their voice mail or returning phone calls. What a shameful excuse for a professional doctors office.
Completely unprofessional service. Voicemail is never returned, urgent patient inquiries aren't acknowledged with the slightest bit of respect let alone empathy from the terse receptionist. If you ever get a referral to this doctor, demand to meet with another one. You'll never be able to get your health problems addressed at this office.
