HIGHLY recommend! I told him I wanted natural looking breasts that suited me and he delivered. Not too big not too small, everyone thinks they’re mine naturally and they are TWINS. His attention to detail is amazing. He is also very professional and is great at caring for patients even after surgery. Dr. Kachare replaced my 26 year old saline implants with cohesive gel implants and I couldn’t be happier! He listened to my concerns and gave me options for my desired outcome. He is very knowledgeable and up to date on techniques and implants themselves. I felt extremely well cared for and safe throughout the process.
