I have mixed reviews about this establishment. I have been seeing an individual therapist through the Mililani Psychology Group for over 2 years (Nov 2022) and I truly appreciate Melanie Gottlieb because she has been available to me, assisted me through extremely difficult times, and has supported me through several changes in my life. Submitted a new client request on their website over a week ago and haven't heard back yet. I've tried to call their office multiple times but always get their automated message referring me back to their website (no option to leave a voicemail either). I find it a bit strange they seem to have no live presence given the nature of their business. Might be best to try elsewhere for a more personal experience.
