Do not go to Work Star Pain Management in Mililani! It’s too bad because the office staff and nurse aid were respectful, patient, and kind. Emily Brewer is very rude and not respectful to her patients. How could you even expect her to have you in her best care with an attitude like that? First time in my life dealing with someone like that. She has a big ego with a cocky attitude and speaks over you, giving you little time to ask questions or share your concerns. I don't get it. I saw Emily Brewer AND Dr Eric Lee for about a year. I never had any problem out of either one. IF I could make it back to Honolulu, they would be the first ones to go see. All there were very respectful and kind
I'm not sure what these other people are talking about. Maybe they've hired new staff but EVERYONE I've seen and spoken to.. on phone and at front desk has been super kind, empathetic, helpful and professional. I'm a newer patient in to see Emily Brewer and think she's amazing. I highly recommend this office.
