Young guy shined flashlight in my face and said to read to sign. I was not blocking the drive. Others were! Inspection performed. Needed to go to DMV for registration. Came back as instructed and young guy proceeded to patronize me about having the plates on before he could put the inspection sticker on. Had to Leave and drive to Auto parts Store to buy a Screwdriver to change plates. Got back and was told I would need to come back in two hours after lunch.
