The worst place I’ve ever lived, you guys better run
Fantastic place to live. The cleaning staff goes above and beyond every week to keep the property in amazing condition. Common areas are great. Leasing agent Akuba is wonderful and puts together great events. The concierge staff is very friendly despite it being a difficult job. I am very pleased with the building and would not discourage others from living here.
Jerome makes this a five star experience. The building is nice but it’s deserving of only four stars. Jerome and the other front desk staff make it the five star experience. Jerome is the Consummate PROFESSIONAL. He is nothing but kind and sweet. Also— the Milieu doesn’t have sliding doors. Be wary of any reviews that can’t even get the geography of the place right.
The building has met our expectations for the price across the board. The reason this building feels so warm and inviting is because of Jerome! He's a wonderful person and makes the building come to life! He knows every resident and their dogs by name as well as their favorite coffee order! He has a hard job balancing so many tasks and responsibilities at once, but that doesn't stop him from putting a smile on everyone's face as they walk through the lobby everyday! Very thankful for Jerome!
