The bbq Mac and cheese was over cooked and DRYYYY. It was like plain noodles with jerky chicken on it. And a little tiny bit of bbq sauce smeared. 0/10 would never order any type of pasta from them again. The bang bang shrimp appetizer was not good either. The shrimp was well over cooked, like chewing on rubber. But the breading (that was dead fried) was soggy. It didn’t make any sense. Avocado egg rolls were pretty decent though. No complaints there.
Dunno why, but the food here seems to have gotten soooo much tastier!! Awesome chefs, server Derek, and mgr. Abraham!!
A Wednesday night, so many empty tables outside and hardly anyone at Town Center.. you think no problem getting a table right away. WRONG. Gave us a 15 minute wait for a first open table!... Like what!??? We had 2 small grandchildren with us, a pretty expensive thoughtful gift card, awesome tip money and really hungry. Didn't get to enjoy it because didnt want to wait 15 mins for a table and no telling how long for the food! We went around the corner to Panda and grabbed food to go. The servers were great but the food was horrible. My dad ordered mac and cheese and the food was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted. He asked for it to be warmed up and when it returned everything was burnt.
Ordered a pizza and chicken sandwich and a side cesar salad with chicken to go I always check my order before leaving, today I don’t check When I get home I’m missing the chicken for the salad I call the restaurant and speak with Jay one of the managers I explain my dilemma and he tells me he has a gift card for me to pick up at my convenience Wow, talk about customer service Above and beyond Jay! Much Mahalo!
