If I could give a negative rating, I would. Positive: A technician showed up. Negatives: 1. Service call for approximately 30 minutes of time=$273.75. This was beyond a total waste of money. The technician did not truly evaluate one appliance. He did exactly what my basic homeowner instruction manual said to do PRIOR to calling a technician.
