This company stole $28k from me and show no effort of correcting this. I bought solar panels and they installed them. Part of the contract was for them to pay off my old solar loan (existing solar panels) and to provide funding for improvements on my house. This is very clear in the contract. I have called and written letters and emailed. They just kept saying that they will send the money soon. It has been over a year now.
So many reasons why I WOULD NOT recommend this solar company to others. At first it seemed to be rainbows, sunshine and perfect promises. Then it turned out too good to be true. They are impossible to contact and take weeks to get ahold of when we found a leak due to the rain season. They show up to your house unannounced on their own time and do not care whether it is a good time or not to fix what needs to get fixed.
