Someone close to me called to make an appointment and can you believe that you need to provide office staff with credit card information even if you have medical insurance?? Secretary stated it was office policy! WOW ! I hope they do criminal background checks on there staff. Not a comfortable feeling having your information sitting in an office file when everyone is telling you to keep your information secure.
