I have been here for a few years and seen my share of property managers and management but none have came close to the management team we have now. This management team came in and flexed their skills of caring for our needs and fix our needs without any excuses. They have put their imprint on the property from day one of being here making Milford a better place to live at.
Scheduled a tour online and put in all my contact information for the tour, even got a reminder email, just to drive all the way out here and have the receptionist tell us they have nothing to show us and that we had to leave. Group of employees in there all lounging, rude and dismissive. Completely lost a sale today.
Everything was going good for the unit i wanted, (Platinum ) 2Bed 2Bath. Then i was approved with conditions than told i would have to pay a higher deposit. Ok, that was fine than was told i needed a guarantor which never work i than got denied after being approved The unit i applied for when doing the application ask for 180$ to hold unit. it has been 1 month later and still no refund on the 180$ i try calling and they never answer guess I'm going to have to make time to do a face to face since calling does not WORK!!! beca... read more
I love the apartments. Great closet space but it’s in the lease that there is no smoking on the property but there are tenants who smoke like crack heads. The smell comes through the vent and is terrible. My child has asthma and other health issues and NOTHING is being done when I complain to the rental office. It’s not right that I pay my money to live here and have to deal with the cigarette smell. If management reads this please please do better. It’s not fair nor right to the people with health problems.
Hello, i applied to this location over a month ago and was denied and they told me i will get my $150 back since i did not get approve and it will take up to 45 days , it has been longer than 45 days and no communication has been stated i have called and had someone hang up on me , i called and no one answered i even went up there and spoke with the young lady at the front desk who name was avai and she took down my information and still nothing i called last week and someone answered took my information and said they emaile... read more
