This property is a complete nightmare. I’ve been living without a master bathroom door since MARCH — and no one has fixed it. The central air and heat haven’t worked in YEARS, and they gave me one small A/C unit for a two-bedroom apartment during a heatwave. My kitchen sink overflows, the garbage disposal is broken, and every time I ask for help, I’m told “we’re waiting on parts” — with NO follow-up, NO urgency, and NO care. I’ve lived here for years, and management has been completely unresponsive to serious issues. My master bathroom door has been missing since March with no updates. Central air and heat don’t work, and I was only given one portable A/C unit for a two-bedroom unit during extreme heat. The management changed from Blue Ocean to GY Properties while I was here. GY properties has done nothing but try to get monies illegally out of me! Now it has cut off my air conditioning. That is a health hazard. I am a senior citizen and I can have a heat stroke. I had a brand new air conditioner last year. The air conditioning unit outside that says B3 is an old nonworking unit.
The area is nice & quiet..I apt is lovely nice and cozy with ample closet space..The issue I've had since being here was the fact that they didn't check things before I moved in..It's like they throw the place together just to have a body in..The same day I moved in..I went to turn the faucet on in my kitchen and water was coming from the top of my faucet..They was on top that immediately which I like..Then wks later my ceiling in the living room neat the kitchen was linking..That taking care as well..They thing is they came... read more
Just received an email threatening me with Collections when I don’t even live here. Apparently the only crime I committed is applying here in the first place. No one answers when you call. When they do, and they hear the reason for the call, they send you to the voicemail. Please learn from me and don’t apply here. You keep replying the number to reach out to you on but this number does not help as it’s impossible to speak to someone for more than 2 seconds while they “transfer” you .
