Have not reached a doctor and already threatened and verbally abused by Beth at the front desk; wish to leave and crawl in a hole. There is one employee at the front, who was not present on arrival. After waiting, informed them I am transgender and of my name. The actual PT was helpful, the therapist was very kind and funny. Unfortunately the front desk staff misinformed me of how much my copay was going to be. Instead of $20 per visit, I ended up having to pay $215 per visit. This facility is billed as if it is the hospital due to the affiliation. Be careful and make sure to be aware of this for yourself. Obviously not the staff's fault, but I definitely would have gone elsewhere if I had known this.

Physical Therapy at Milford Regional Medical Center - Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine - Northbridge. Has been nothing but the best!! I would recommend no other place. Every visit I'm met with a smile, and they always make me feel right at home. The knowledge that is shared by the therapist to better help me understand the treatment is very helpful. They always do there best to get you in and out, without feeling rushed. 😁

I should be able to sue your facility! John Andrea is a drug addict, who should be fired. Your front desk staff is useless, the nurses here are so rude. Worst experience of my life
