Horrible service. Buyer BEWARE. After giving this dealer $1000’s upon $1000’s of dollars in repair costs I Would never do business again with this company. Took our Pacifica in for a frontend noise and they damaged the splash pan removing it and stated the heat shield was no good and I had to buy another one for $599. They couldn’t supply the old one that was damaged and left the car without it. They also misdiagnosed the vehicle and still charged me $190 to damage the vehicle even more than when it came in.
This is base on the service department: Luke was the worst service desk employee I have ever dealt with in my life. He lies: told me the problems I was having with my car was because of old keys I had. He ordered me two new ones without informing me the same exact key I gave him was not in stock, so I could of made the decision to not get new keys. Great service ... reps give it to you straight. Happy with the service given. Will take my other vehicle for service from now on.
Brought my Jeep in for it's first oil change today. Carl & the guys at the Service Center were kind and helpful. Tracy at the front counter was very friendly. All in all very pleased, aside from Megan in Parts clearly hating her job.
