Ok so we lost our hot water. We thought we knew what the issue was. But couldn't fix it ourselves. We called multiple plumbers. No one could come out today. It just so happened that MPH could come out today. They were not overly expensive relative to other plumbers. Things i really appreciated about them: 1. Thank you Mark & Tom for your exceptional customer service and understanding! My husband and I had a new boiler installed for our rental property. Not too long after, it had an issue where error codes would pop up and the hot water would stop working. Mark immediately came out to fix the issue same day. Not too long after that the same issue happened again. Mark and his team again came out same day to fix it free of charge. Milford Plumbing and Heating is great, Tom and his dad are very professional and responded right away when I sent them a message about needing a new propane water heater. They are polite, clean, professional, and friendly. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because there was a mixup with the water heater that was caught later. However, they were very polite and took the matter seriously. They fixed the issue the same day, which was a complete swap out.
