Thank you Mark & Tom for your exceptional customer service and understanding! My husband and I had a new boiler installed for our rental property. Not too long after, it had an issue where error codes would pop up and the hot water would stop working. Mark immediately came out to fix the issue same day. Milford Plumbing and Heating is great, Tom and his dad are very professional and responded right away when I sent them a message about needing a new propane water heater. They are polite, clean, professional, and friendly. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because there was a mixup with the water heater that was caught later. However, they were very polite and took the matter seriously. They fixed the issue the same day, which was a complete swap out. MP&H do good work. They had to do some deconstruction and reconstruction just to get at the valve. Very cool, professional workers. They trouble shot the leak and fixed it, then put it all back together.

I'm so happy to be writing yet another 5 star review for Milford Plumbing and Heating. Let's face it, no one likes to have to call a plumber. They don't usually have good news to share once they've assessed the situation. But, knowing we are in such capable and honest hands makes all the difference.
