Great location.Ravishing lobby and restaurant.Excellent personnel. Every employee I dealt with was courteous and efficient.I never waited for anything. Not an elevator, table, car, front desk...nothing.The beds and pillows are amazing. Bar/restaurant had great food.
Our room was the grand deluxe room on an upper floor. Very grand, it was spacious, immaculate, and with large bathroom. The bed was luxurious as expected. The halls were quiet, as was the street below. The front desk was gracious, friendly and professional.
Mid-town Manhattan is for the first time tourist to NYC, who wants to stay near the Big Broadway theatres, Times Square, etc. Great place to stay if you want noise and to see tourists from every where in the world.This hotel is clean,warm,and comfortable.
The hotel personnel was knowledgeable and polite. The restaurant was also wonderful, although we only had breakfast there. We will stay there again. They all seemed to sincerely enjoy assisting guests.The room was clean, the bed was good always made up in a timely manner. Room and bathroom attractively designed. Location ideal.
The rooms are well appointed. I have stayed in a regular queen room twice, and a corner king once. If you can get a good rate, go for the corner king which has more room, a nice sitting , and a huge tub in addition to the shower. All of the essential amenities are in the room including a well stocked mini-bar, great bathroom amenities,etc.All of the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable.
I had an exquisite stay at this hotel. The staff was respectful and helpful. The room was amazing. We experienced a king-size bed on the Fourteenth floor which was a really amazing room. The place is in the heart of Time square which was amazing. I had Broadway passes that night and the hotel was a half a blocks from TIMES SQUARE.
The Milford Plaza hotel is in an exquisite location. All management staff are helpful and respectful .Enjoyed alot staying in this hotel.Overall a very comfortable hotel.
We enjoyed our stay with this hotel...the place is awesome, management staff was really helpful.The hotel and rooms was completely clean. Overall, I would definitely go back to the Milford Plaza Hotel.
This is a very fast paced hotel! The bed very relaxed, clean linens and good cushions. The hotel will also keep your bags for you until your room is prepared and you are told to moved to room.The room assistance was also high quality.Surely go again there!!!!!!
