I recently visited another shop, where I was quoted an exorbitant price and informed that my back brakes needed to be replaced immediately. Fortunately, I brought my car to Alan, who showed me that my back brakes still had 40% life remaining. He carried out the necessary repairs at a very fair price and completed the work in less than half a day, charging half the original price. Concerned with a red flashing and beeping dashboard light, took the car to Milford Motors for the first time after looking up on Google and talking to Allan on phone. Allan knew what the issue was from the conversation, fixed it right away in 5 mins, refused to charge me a penny and was so gracious and helpful throughout. What a guy! 5 stars are not enough! Will stop wasting my time with dealership visits and go to local Milford Motors from now on.
