I was in just about a week ago now and purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler, which I saw online. I was greeted by a very nice and enthusiastic young man O'Brian. I explained to him how I made it from Waterford to Milford which was a bit of a drive, but well worth it. This young man listened to me as I explained the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Sunday Nov 2 (yesterday) we stopped by to look at used vehicle. We had been to two other dealerships in the area, and had a good benchmark on numbers AND how salespeople dealt with us. At this dealer, the sales person/receptionist was lovely. The Sales Manager, however, was a young man who played games: pressured us to make a 'committment' before he'd show us any numbers (??), and then tried to make us believe the automatic add-on Anti-theft System was "A connecticut requirement" - his words.
