Excellent customer service and I just love my wrist and leg brace. Did I mention so very affordable. Received my items extremely fast.
No communication except first response of “I will follow up”. Expedited shipping was paid for an item that was supposedly in stock. Wrong knee( left instead of right ) brace shows up directly from manufacturer after 2 weeks and no response for request for support in what is almost another week.
I ordered a Bregg Fusion OA knee brace through GetABrace. I figured since my specialist recommended the brace, I could get it anywhere. Unfortunately after a tumble on a soccer field, the brace is bent. Bregg only warranties if you buy through healthcare providers, not outlets. Turns out GetABrace does not warranty anything. Would recommend going elsewhere, especially since most outlets still warranty for similar lengths and coverage, just not this one.
I ordered a pair of braces online 16 days ago and my credit card was charged two weeks ago. I received no further acknowledgment from the company despite sending an email, posting two messages on their message form, and leaving two voicemails. Today I had the credit card transaction reversed.
Product its fine just the costumer service its not good at all…dont buy from this company if you dont want to be frustrated trying to track or return your product…
