Being someone who is physically disabled and legally blind! It has been very hard for me to find a fitness center that will help me find an exercise routine! Lifestyle Fitness was able to give me a great routine within the limits of my physical limitations! I was not able to afford a monthly membership but they gave me nutrition and workout consultation at home! And check in on me from time to time!
