When we decided to pursue this fitness endeavor, we knew that the Milford community did not need just another gym. What we sought to create instead was a medical fitness/wellness center that caters to all people of all ages and fitness needs. We join with the Milford Wellness Village, to provide integrated health services for the Milford community. Being someone who is physically disabled and legally blind! It has been very hard for me to find a fitness center that will help me find an exercise routine! Lifestyle Fitness was able to give me a great routine within the limits of my physical limitations! I was not able to afford a monthly membership but they gave me nutrition and workout consultation at home! And check in on me from time to time!
