Totally agree that staff is very rude in an area that has such nice people.
Left message at about 8am .. she called me Back at 3:55pm. she advised me they don’t listen to messages til the end of the day. Right b4 closing like most dr offices she replied … but I gave 3 stars because there convenient .. normally pretty fast. The front desk isn’t nice. But the lab techs are.
The front desk staff was extremely rude. I would not bring my care here again. It's NEVER ok to treat someone without professionalism or kindness, especially they are treated with such.
It was not crowded and chairs were spaced for social distancing. I did not have to wait too long for service and the provider was pleasant.
Clean well-maintained facility with urgent care and other doctors. Plenty of parking.
