Professional and knowledgeable staff. Staff was attentive and courteous. Facility is impeccably clean!
Bad review because the person who answers the phone "MsCathleen" s rude and discouraged a new patient coming in. I wanted to know their earliest appointment available and if they take my insurance but she requested my contact stating that the new patient registration had to be completed for her to give me their earliest availability!!! She may have been having a bad day 2hrs into their workday but No incoming patient should be talked to like that .
This practice changes dental insurance networks and fails to inform patients. Then they will not call you back and send a fake bill to collections. i am reporting them to the state of Connecticut group that oversees practices. very very unethical business practices
My recent experience with M&DO&MS was great! From the ease of registration, making the appointment, information about my Co-pay, reminder of the appointment (including real time, traffic and directions!) , meeting the staff and Dr. Ciuci, to the procedure and follow up phone call, everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. Any anxiety that I may have felt was quickly alleviated. I would highly recommend this wonderful practice.
Very high marks all around. The place was very clean and comfortable. The staff was caring attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.
